Overview
There may be a situation where you wish to remove a device from the Radix Device Management Platform. We will demonstrate removing a device from the Radix MDM and how to re-enroll the device.
Accessing the Remove Device Command
There are several ways of accessing the Device Settings commands:
From the Device Dashboard
1. Click on the Devices icon in the sidebar menu. The Devices Table opens.
2. In the Devices Table, find the device that you would like to remove from the Radix MDM.
3. Click on the row of the device displayed in order to open the device’s Device Dashboard and go to Manage>Remove Device.
You will be prompted if you wish to remove the device from the Radix MDM.
4. Click Yes to remove the device. The device will no longer appear in the Devices Table:

From the Device’s Three-Dot Menu
1. Click on the Devices icon in the sidebar menu to open the Devices Table.
2. After locating your device in the Device Table, click on the device’s three-dot (“Device Actions”) menu in the far-right-hand column, and drill down to Device>Remove Device.
You will be prompted if you wish to remove the device from the Radix MDM.

3. Click Yes. The device will no longer appear in the Devices Table:

Re-Enrolling a Device
If you wish to enroll the device in the Radix MDM again at a later time, you will have to do this by means of the VISO Agent app on the remote device.
To re-enroll a device:
1. Click on the Viso Agent app icon on the remote device.
2. In the Viso Agent app, click on the three-dot menu in the upper right:
3. Select Config server:

4. Supply the Account Name and MDM server address:
5. (Optional) Supply identifying tags for the device and click Next.

6. (Optional) Supply and confirm a password to access the Viso Agent App and click Next.
7. Click I agree on the EULA page, and click Next:

8. Review and verify all of the data you have supplied, and click Finish:
The device will appear once again in the Devices Table:
