Overview
The Radix MDM has a set of commands to place a device on standby, as well as turn a device on or off. Using the Power commands can conserve power on idle devices and extend their lifetime. The Power commands can be found under the Power heading in the device’s drop-down menu:
- - Restart, to restart a remote device
- - Shutdown, to shut down a remote device
- - Wake On LAN, to wake up a device via a signal sent over an Ethernet connection
- - Standby, to put a device in hibernation
- - Wake Up, to arouse a hibernating device
Accessing the Power Commands
There are several ways of accessing the Power commands:

2. After locating your device in the Device Table, click on the device’s three-dot (“Device Actions”) menu in the far-right-hand column, and drill down to Power.

Another method to access the Standby and Wake Up commands is from the Bulk Actions button.
