In order to set the debug level on the Viso Agent, you must first enter Settings on the Viso app.
To set the Viso Agent debug level:
1. Click on the Viso app on your device.
2. Click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner and click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
3. In the Settings menu, check the Debug Mode checkbox, to allow you to modify the log level:
4. Click on the Log Level line in the Settings window.
The Log Level dialog box appears, showing the current log level.
5. Set the log level to the desired value. The options are as follows:
- 0: Critical/None (Default): Only major application failures are logged.
- 1: Error/Warning: Diagnostic warnings and error messages.
- 2: Input/Output/Info: Basic information on agent activity.
- 3: Process Flows/Debug: Detailed information showing reasoning steps.
- 4: Detailed Diagnostics: High-level debugging information.
- 5-6: Extended/Finest: Extremely detailed, often used for memory allocation tracking or memory-intensive, slow logging.
We select Log Level "0”, and click Ok.
In the above example, the log level will be set to “0” from now on.
