Overview
Radix operates on a credit-based subscription model. When all allocated credits are fully utilized, the account automatically enters Limited Mode.
In Limited Mode, you retain full visibility of your devices and recent activity, while certain management actions are temporarily unavailable and displayed as grayed out.
Importantly, all existing device configurations, deployments, settings, and policies remain intact. No data is lost, and devices continue to operate according to their current configuration.
What Remains Available in Limited Mode
While in Limited Mode, you can still:
- View devices and dashboards
- Edit basic device details (such as name or tags)
- Perform limited administrative actions
However, advanced management capabilities — including deployments, configurations, automation, and module access — are disabled until additional credits are added.
Restoring Full Functionality
To restore full functionality, update your subscription and add credits to your account, in any of the following ways (whichever suits you):
- Via Billing in your Account details (avatar menuat the bottom left)
- Through Radix Renew Contact form in this link.
