Overview
The Radix Device Management Platform allows you to enroll devices running on Android, Windows, or ChromeOS. There is also an option for enrolling a device using an 8-digit passcode. It can be used to enroll a device in the Radix MDM independent of the device's operating system.
Accessing the Passcode Pane
1. Click on Devices in the sidebar menu to open the Devices Table.
2. Click on Add Device in the upper-right corner to open the Enroll pane.
3. When you select the Passcode option in the sidebar menu, the following pane appears:
Finding the Passcode
To enroll a device using a passcode:
- Install and open the VISO Agent app on an unenrolled device that you wish to register. The following screen appears.
2. Note the 8-character code underneath the QR code. Enter the 8-digit code in the Enroll with a Passcode pane:
3. Click Enroll. You will get a confirmation in the Radix MDM that the device has been enrolled:
The device will also display a confirmation that it is connected to the Radix platform.
The device will now appear in the Devices Table:
